These terms apply to your use of [website domain] and, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, to services provided by [Legal company name] ("Storytellers", "we", "us").

1. About these terms

By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so. Where a signed proposal or contract exists, its terms take priority over these.

2. Using this website

You may browse and share our website for lawful purposes. Please don't copy, scrape or reuse our content, designs or code without permission, attempt to interfere with the website's operation, or use it to send unsolicited messages.

3. Proposals and scope

Each project starts with a written proposal describing the scope, deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope will be quoted separately before it begins. Proposals are valid for [X] days.

4. Fees and payment

  • Project fees are payable in instalments as set out in the proposal [e.g. deposit before work starts / midpoint / on launch].
  • Monthly plans are invoiced in advance at the start of each month.
  • Invoices are due within [X] days. Prices are in AED and exclude VAT unless stated [confirm VAT registration and rate].
  • We may pause work if invoices are overdue.

5. Your responsibilities

To keep projects on schedule, you agree to provide content, feedback, approvals and access (for example to domains, hosting and social accounts) in reasonable time, and to confirm that any materials you give us are yours to use. Delays in feedback may change the timeline.

6. Revisions and changes

Each proposal includes [X] rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional rounds or changes of direction after approval may be charged at our standard rate of [AED X/hour or day].

7. Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the final approved deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, except for third-party assets (such as licensed fonts, stock images and plugins), which remain subject to their own licences, and our pre-existing tools, code and know-how, which we license to you for use with the deliverables. Drafts and unused concepts remain ours.

8. Portfolio

Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show completed work in our portfolio and marketing after it has launched publicly. We will never share confidential information.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during a project and to use it only for that project.

10. Third-party services

Projects may rely on third-party platforms (hosting, CMS, social networks, ad platforms). We are not responsible for their availability, policy changes or fees, which are payable by you unless agreed otherwise.

11. Warranties and disclaimers

We will perform services with reasonable skill and care. Marketing and SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, so we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads or sales. The website content is provided for general information only.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with a project is limited to the fees paid for that project in the [X] months before the claim. [Lawyer to review.]

13. Termination

Either party may end a project or monthly plan with [X] days' written notice. You will pay for work completed up to the termination date. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as payment, intellectual property, confidentiality and liability) continue to apply.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes will be subject to the courts of [Dubai / DIFC, to be confirmed by a lawyer].

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you sign a proposal applies to that project.

16. Contact
